This lamb, pork and beef BBQ méchoui dinner will be held at a Sugar Shack located on Île d’Orléans, on the edge of the beautiful St. Lawrence River and in the maple grove. The price is $55/person for a 3 courses old fashion meal (up to 7 options of dessert offered :) !) and it includes the transportation (vegetarian option also available on advance request).

Visit and dinner at a Traditional Huron Site

The trip to the Traditional Huron Site located on the Huron-Wendat reservations a unique opportunity to discover the history, culture and lifestyle of Hurons of the past and of today.

Visit of the Annonchia, the long house, where you will be introduced to the traditional way of life and the social organization at the time of the arrival of the Europeans. Techniques of food preservation (smoked and dried meats), and more.

Following the guide tour, you will have a Traditional meal (menu subject to modification)

  • Terrine (game meat)
  • Traditional soup of the day and bannock (Indian bread)
  • Tender roe cubes bourguignon, accompanied by wild rice and traditional vegetables. Home-style cake served with a savory maple sauce.
  • Wild tea

The evening will finish with a native Show.

Cost: $70.00 CAD (Tax included)
